Who set these
Eleven years of pages that have to be read, not only looked at: magazines, books, catalogs and annual reports, set on a grid I can defend and in two typefaces at most. Trained as a typesetter; one floor of a former cotton mill in Plagwitz. The flatplan goes up the day the brief arrives and comes down the day the issue ships.

In their words
Afterwards
The flatplan was on the wall before we had finished the first meeting. By the time the last piece of copy arrived, the issue already had a shape it could not lose.
Two typefaces for two hundred and fifty-six pages, and not one spread where I wanted a third.
The report was read. The board actually read it, cover to cover. I have no other way to explain the questions they asked afterwards.
